Description:
Staple fiber PET nonwoven geotextile is permeable fabric which has the ability to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain. It is made from 100% polyester(PET) staple fiber without chemical additives and heating. PET material itself has a good UV and chemical resistance properties. It is an environmental friendly construction material.
Staple fiber PP nonwoven geotextile is made from 100% high strength polypropylene (PP) short fiber. Its processing way includes short fiber material carding, lapping, needle punching, being cut and rolled. This permeable fabric has the properties to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain.
Excellent drainage performance
High strength,excellent tenacity
Anti-aging,anti-acid and alkali
Can accommodate irregular deformations
Creep, corrosion and abrasion resistance
Safe and easy for constructio
· Filtration
When water passes from a fine-grained to a coarse grained layer, Non-woven Geotextiles can retain fine particles well. Such as when water flows from a sandy soil into a Geotextile wrapped gravel drain.
· Separation
To separate two layers of soil with different physical properties, such as the separation of road gravel from soft sub-base materials.
· Drainage
To drain liquid or gas from the plane of the fabric, which leads to draining or venting of the soil, such as the gas vent layer in a landfill cap.
· Reinforcement
To improve the load bearing capacity of a specific soil structure, such as the reinforcement of a retaining wall

GEOTEXTILE INST ALLATION
To pave by roll with artifical method, the fabric must be level and appropriately leave the margins for
deformation. The inst lation method usually has overlapping, sewing and welding. The overlapping part is
generally more than O.2m. It should be welded or stitched for the exposed geotextiles. AII sewing must be
continuously carried out(for example, point-sewing is not allowed), the geotextiles must be overlapped more
than 200mm before overlapping. The minimum distance between sewing needle and the fabric edge(the edge
of exposed material) is at least 25mm.
